教區學校中央校董會由二零零零至二零零三年共舉辦三期校長培訓課程,由香港教育學院教務長張永明博士主持。日期如下:第一期----2000年12月8至10日,第二期----2002年5月10至12日,第三期----2003年5月2至4日
在校本管理的模式下,校長的工作種類較以往為多,包括:人事任命、課程設計、教與學質素保證等,對校長的要求亦相應提高。故此,在課程的設計上,特別照顧校本管理的需要,幫助校長建立學校的使命,加強天主教辦學的特色及突顯學校的不同性格。
The Central Management Committee for Diocesan Schools organized three sessions of Development Programme for School Principals. All the sessions were conducted by Dr. Francis Cheung, Registrar of the H.K. Institute of Education. The dates were as follows: first session ---- 8-10 December 2000, second session ---- 10 to 12 May 2002, third session ---- 2 to 4 May 2003
